We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website. This can include IP address, request metadata, browser and device type, approximate location, referrer, page views, form-submission timestamps, and rate-limiting records.
How we use information
We use collected information to respond to enquiries, schedule walkthroughs, prepare facility proposals, maintain website security, prevent abuse, improve website performance, send marketing communications with consent, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate this website and process walkthrough enquiries. Current providers include Vercel for hosting and website analytics, Resend for email delivery, and Upstash Redis for contact-form rate limiting. These providers process information according to their infrastructure, security controls, and contractual terms.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website use. Analytics can include page views, referrers, approximate location, device type, browser, and operating system. We do not ask visitors to provide resident records, staff records, or facility operational data for analytics.
Retention
We keep walkthrough-request and communication records for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain security records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Rate-limiting and server-log records are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Data security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Facility deployments
OshriKa's target architecture is on-premises by design and is intended to keep core workflows on the facility network. This policy does not claim that every deployment has the same storage, transfer, access, support, or offline behaviour. Those details, along with applicable legal roles and retention settings, require verification and documentation for the approved configuration and signed agreement.
Website walkthrough requests must not include resident records, staff records, clinical information, or facility operational data. Contact OshriKa first if a discussion may require sensitive information so an appropriate channel can be agreed.
Your rights
