Our story

Built from senior-care operations experience

OshriKa was created by someone who worked inside a senior care facility and saw how much clarity teams need when an alert moves from notification to response.

Origin

The response path was the missing piece

Working inside a senior care facility, Aviad saw how difficult it can be to reconstruct an event after the fact. Teams need to know who received an alert, when escalation started, who acknowledged it, and what belongs in the record.

OshriKa is being developed around that full workflow: configured routing, staged escalation, recorded acknowledgement, and AI-assisted documentation that staff review before sign-off.

The goal is practical clarity for the people doing the work, with deployment behaviour verified before it is presented as current capability.

Values

How product decisions are evaluated

These principles shape both the intended workflow and the evidence required before deployment.

01

Reliability first

The design prioritises local operation, uptime, and resilience. A workflow does not ship until it is verified for its intended use.

02

Privacy by design

The target is to keep core operational data on-site and minimise unnecessary transfers. Actual data paths and legal roles require deployment verification.

03

Staff-centred

Every interface, alert, and workflow is designed to reduce burden on care staff, not add to it.

04

Continuous improvement

Reviewable operational records can help teams discuss response workflows and identify what should improve next.

Based in Nova Scotia

OshriKa is based in Nova Scotia, Canada, and was incorporated federally in 2026. The first evaluation focus is senior-care facility workflow fit.
